Our estimates are free only for retail customers. We will be more than happy to assist. But, if you bring the device to us and get the estimate but don’t choose to repair it, we charge from $50 to $200 for the entire process. We don’t accept any type of abuse with the free estimate policy (Terms), so the estimates are free if you choose to work with us on the repairs.
